At AURIAVA, we stand behind the quality of every piece we create. If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused items in their original condition and packaging.

Due to hygiene reasons, earrings that show signs of wear or have had their protective seal removed may not be eligible for return unless the item is defective.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with a manufacturing issue, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the issue
  • A brief description

Approved claims may qualify for:

  • A replacement
  • Store credit
  • A full refund

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds may not be issued for:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Accidental damage
  • Improper use or storage
  • Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered
  • Customized or final-sale items

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item or finish, please place a new order after your return is approved.

Shipping Costs

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by us.
